Welcome to PlayTimesOverCoaching.com. By booking services through this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any coaching sessions.

1. Services Provided

PlayTimesOverCoaching.com offers life coaching services focused on personal development, relationship dynamics, and polyamorous relationship guidance. Services include:

• Individual Poly Coaching Sessions
• Couples Poly Coaching Sessions
• Full Poly Relationship Assessment & Custom Plans
• Follow-Up Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Booking and Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our official scheduling platform.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, pricing at the time of booking will be honored for that session.

3. Unified Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand life happens. However, to respect our time and ensure availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all session types (individual, couple, and full poly assessment sessions):

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session time.
• If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will be eligible for a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.
• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded and cannot be rescheduled.
• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Any personal or sensitive information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

5. Disclaimer

Life coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment. PlayTimesOverCoaching.com does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a licensed professional or call emergency services.

6. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith. Disrespectful, harassing, or abusive behavior toward the coach or other clients will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions (e.g., worksheets, plans, or resources) are the intellectual property of PlayTimesOverCoaching.com and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
